We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your By Tydon purchase, if you are not you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. However, if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order.

Refunds + Exchanges accepted if done within 14 days of purchase and in saleable condition (unworn, tags attached, not washed) customer will cover shipping for return postage of item. PRE ORDERED ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
